駁斥 OTC 套現：假新聞

在流傳最廣的 OTC 套現指控上，Armani Ferrante 態度強硬，表示這的說法是假新聞。

他說明，真實情況是有買家主動聯絡他，希望透過 OTC 取得更多代幣，而他和團隊協助促成了這筆交易，賣方是想買的人，不是他在出清自己的持倉。

他也坦承，這個誤解有其來源。過去其他專案確實曾藉 OTC 讓內部人員套現，社群對類似操作有歷史包袱，容易對號入座。

先前 Backpack 官方早已公告，創辦人、高層、團隊成員與 VC 在 TGE 均未獲得直接代幣分配，團隊部分鎖倉至少一年。

Mad Lads NFT 與女巫清洗爭議

Mad Lads NFT 社群的不滿點在 TGE 前的老持有者保留 Backpack VIP 身份，TGE 後才買入的新持有者則不享有這個資格。

Armani Ferrante 的說法是，Mad Lads 的發展路徑從一開始就與 Backpack 綁在一起，每個階段的設計都聚焦在長期持有者身上。他承認後來才進場的持有者對 NFT 定位可能有不同的認知和預期，這種落差產生摩擦是可以理解的，但團隊不打算為了安撫新買家而改變對長期支持者的承諾。

在女巫清洗部分，這是四大爭議中 Armani Ferrante 沒有回應的如此強硬的地方。他說反女巫的出發點是保護零售使用者，防止有人透過分拆帳戶取得不公平的積分優勢。但他承認反女巫執行方式過於簡化，沒有充分考量到社群結構的複雜性，這是團隊的失誤。

根據稍早的官方公告，本次女巫調查識別並收回超過 5000 萬「假積分」，後續已開放申訴。持有 3 個帳戶以下的使用者，經審核後可取回超過 50% 的代幣；Backpack 也計劃在二級市場回購代幣，補償受影響的合格使用者。

FDV 與代幣經濟設計

對於 TGE 後 FDV（全稀釋估值）偏高的質疑，Armani Ferrante 的回應是 BP 短期價格或 FDV 根本不重要。

他說，代幣經濟的設計方式是用「極端方式」激勵團隊長期建設。如果代幣歸零、公司失敗，團隊什麼都拿不到。團隊的回報只來自真正的長期成功，和短期價格波動無關。

BP 代幣於 3 月 23 日 TGE，總供應量 10 億枚，TGE 發布 25%（2.5 億枚），其中 2.4 億分配給積分持有者，1000 萬給 Mad Lads NFT 持有者。
