Gate News 消息，3 月 24 日，21Shares 总裁 Duncan Moir 表示，随着加密市场从简单的价格追踪基金走向成熟，主动管理型交易所交易产品（ETP）将成为加密投资的下一阶段。Morningstar 与 Goldman Sachs Asset Management 汇编数据显示，截至 2025 年底，全球主动管理型 ETF 资产规模接近 1.8 万亿美元。
Duncan Moir 指出，加密作为新兴且增长中的资产类别，特别适合主动管理；21Shares 结合单一资产自下而上研究与量化及自主的自上而下策略管理风险与配置，并已扩充投资组合管理与交易团队。Duncan Moir 补充称，FalconX 于 10 月收购 21Shares 后，双方整合预计将加速产品开发，尤其是在更复杂产品方向。
Duncan Moir 表示，加密 ETP 与 ETF 需求在不同地区存在差异，欧洲因投资者基础更成熟，已持有比特币与以太坊的机构正寻求进一步提升加密配置。在此背景下，21Shares 近期在欧洲推出与 Strategy 优先股 STRC 挂钩的交易所交易产品，提供与该公司比特币资本策略相关的高收益工具敞口，并称该产品在多个地区的早期需求强劲。
报道提到，随着加密 ETP 与 ETF 市场发展，发行方正推出更复杂结构，质押成为增长方向之一；某资管机构于 10 月在其 ETP 中引入质押，另一资管机构于 3 月推出纳斯达克上市的含质押机制以太坊产品并在首日录得 1550 万美元成交量。Duncan Moir 表示，21Shares 评估新产品将依据内部研究、客户需求与市场趋势，并以其比特币与黄金 ETP 为例称，该产品已运行四年并近期在伦敦交叉上市。
