Gate News 消息，3 月 12 日，格鲁吉亚央行通过新法规，允许在格鲁吉亚注册并持牌的公司发行与法定货币挂钩的稳定币，但必须由储备资产全额支持。根据规定，用户可随时按面值赎回稳定币，发行方需满足资本要求并接受严格审计。发行机构需向央行注册并获得书面许可，监管资本至少为 50 万拉里（约 18.3 万美元）。当储备资产超过 1500 万拉里（约 550 万美元）时，需由"四大"会计师事务所进行季度审计。赎回请求方面，30 万拉里以内须在三个工作日内完成，更大金额则须在五个工作日内完成。新规涵盖与格鲁吉亚拉里、外币或其他资产挂钩的稳定币，储备覆盖率必须达到 100%，且储备资产需与发行方自有资产明确分离。
