Gate News 消息，3 月 7 日，据 TechCrunch 报道，Robinhood 推出的上市基金 Robinhood Ventures Fund I 本周在纽交所首次交易，首日收于 21 美元，跌幅 16%。该基金旨在向散户开放投资热门私募公司的机会，募集目标为 10 亿美元，目前实际募得 6.584 亿美元（若承销商行使全额认购权，可达 7.057 亿美元）。基金持仓包括 Databricks、Stripe、Mercor、Oura、Ramp、Airwallex 和 Revolut 等公司，但缺乏 OpenAI、Anthropic、SpaceX 等被广泛期待的高估值即将上市公司敞口，被认为是散户兴趣不足的主要原因。Robinhood 表示，计划未来将基金扩展至 15-20 家优质晚期成长型公司，并积极寻求加入 OpenAI 等热门初创企业的股权表。
