Techub News 消息，马来西亚证券监督委员会（SC）今日发布谘询文件，旨在收集公众对代币化资本市场产品监管框架草案的意见，公众谘询期从 2025 年 5 月 6 日持续至 6 月 16 日。证监会指出，代币化资本市场产品通过分散式账本技术（DLT）将传统金融产品如股票、债券和基金数字化，应与数码代币和数码货币区分开来，因为后者受不同框架监管。证监会表示，此次制定监管框架是为应对市场对代币化产品日益增长的兴趣，框架将重点探讨 DLT 在资本市场的应用，包括可编程资产、部分所有权、提升透明度等，同时确保投资者保护。草案还涉及公开要求、治理控制、技术风险管理等关键领域，并提出对相关持牌人的额外要求。
