Hedera will add Dynamic Address Book support (HIP-1299) with the upcoming Consensus Node v.0.68 update in December 2025. The upgrade will remove fixed node account IDs, meaning hardcoded configurations may trigger INVALID_NODE_ACCOUNT errors. Developers using older SDKs or versions with predefined node settings will need to update their configurations to ensure compatibility with the new system.
