On March 28, Jin10 reported that on March 28 local time, Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko stated that the Ukrainian government has received the text of the U.S. mineral agreement, but the two sides have not yet reached a final Consensus, and related work and consultations are still ongoing. Svyrydenko pointed out that Ukraine has indeed received the text of the agreement and is currently carrying out a series of work around it. She emphasized that what they have now is a working version, which basically reflects the legal status of U.S. consultants within it. In this process, Ukraine is formulating its own position and consulting with the Verkhovna Rada when necessary.
