Tim Beiko: Holesky will address the upgrade failure through slash, Sepolia upgrade time remains unchanged, Mainnet upgrade time is currently undetermined

Beiko stated that a large-scale slash (penalty) will be carried out on the Holesky Testnet tonight to finally determine the correct blocks on the chain. The entire process may last for 2-3 weeks until the weight of validators subjected to slash drops to below 33% of the entire network.
Beiko also mentioned that the upgrade time of Sepolia Testnet will not change, providing a longer testing period for the mainnet upgrade. The upcoming ACDC meeting next week will discuss issues related to the mainnet upgrade, but is unlikely to come up with a specific date.
