According to the previous arrangement of the Constitutional Court, the National Assembly and Yin Xiyue will each have 2 hours to summarize their speeches and present various written evidence during the public debate on that day. In addition, as the Constitutional Court previously scheduled the tenth public debate on the impeachment case for the afternoon of the 20th, Yin Xiyue’s party applied for a change of the public debate time due to the overlap with the trial time for her internal turmoil charge. It is expected that the Constitutional Court will make relevant decisions during the trial on the 18th.
