On December 13th, Jinshi data reported that on the 12th local time, the Dutch Ministry of Defense announced that the Royal Netherlands Air Force has completed the upgrade from F-16 fighter jets to more advanced F-35 fighter jets. To make full use of the retired F-16 fighter jets, the Dutch government has signed an intention protocol to transfer these aircraft to Romania. This move will enable Romania to train a new generation of pilots, including Ukrainian pilots.
