Harris: Will not have a one-on-one meeting with Putin

According to CNN, U.S. Vice President Harris said she will not hold bilateral talks with Russian President Putin on a solution to end the conflict in Ukraine. She said, 'Ukraine must have a say in its future, and without the involvement of Ukraine and the United Nations Charter, it will not be possible to successfully end the conflict.' She did not answer whether she would support expanding NATO and the efforts of Ukraine to join NATO, and she said, 'These are issues we will address when the time is right. For now, we support Ukraine's ability to defend against Russia.'
