Ukrainian officials say they will establish a "buffer zone" in the Kursk region of Russia.

Jinsan data, August 14th, local time, August 14th, Ukraine's highest Rada human rights commissioner Dmitry Rubinyets posted on social media that during the meeting on the situation in the Russian Kursk region convened by Ukrainian President Zelensky on the same day, participants discussed the issue of inviting representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the United Nations, and other international organizations to enter the "buffer zone" established by the Ukrainian military in the Kursk region.
