The Thai Constitutional Court ruled on August 29th that the actions of Phetthongtarn, who was suspended from the prime minister's position, in the phone call incident with Cambodian Senate President Hun Sen violated relevant constitutional provisions, resulting in the termination of his prime ministerial position.
