Metaplanet bought an additional 103 BTC, raising the total holdings to 18,991 BTC.
Metaplanet, a company listed in Japan, has just announced the purchase of an additional 103 Bitcoin for a total value of approximately 1.736 billion yen ( equivalent to 11.78 million USD). After this transaction, the amount of Bitcoin held by the company has risen to 18,991 BTC, reinforcing its strategy of accumulation of digital assets amid an increasingly volatile market.
This move shows that Metaplanet continues to maintain its confidence in Bitcoin as a long-term strategic reserve asset, similar to how some large companies around the world are doing to protect value against inflation and financial instability.
