Solana Labs and Jito Labs have received legal documents involving Pump Fun.

Golden Finance reported that Solana Labs and Jito Labs have received lawsuit documents, accused of “colluding” with the memecoin platform Pump Fun in a $1.5 billion illegal gambling operation. The law firms Wolf Popper and Burwick Law jointly filed the lawsuit last month and served the defendants this week. The defendants must submit their answer or motion within 21 days. In addition to these two crypto companies, Solana Foundation’s General Counsel Yelena Cavanaugh, Executive Director Dan Albert, and Communications Director Austin Federa also received subpoenas.
