Bit Digital completed a $162.9 million financing and plans to increase its holdings in Ethereum.
Gate News bot消息, publicly traded company Bit Digital ( Nasdaq: BTBT ) announced that its underwriters have chosen to exercise the full over-allotment option, adding 11.25 million shares of common stock, which will increase the company’s net proceeds by approximately $21.4 million. This round of public offering has cumulatively issued 86.25 million shares of common stock, raising a total net amount of $162.9 million. Bit Digital has clearly stated that these funds will be used to purchase Ether.
