He pointed out that when it comes to the search and seizure of electronic devices, law enforcement agencies must present legal documents such as "Search Warrant," "Evidence Collection Notification," or "Seizure Decision." If law enforcement personnel fail to provide the aforementioned documents, practitioners have the legal right to refuse.
