2月24日消息，链上分析平台Nansen宣布将在不丹格莱普冥想城（GMC）设立本地运营机构，并组建不丹团队，为该特别行政区不断扩展的数字资产基础设施提供数据分析与本地化支持。此举被视为不丹打造主权级数字资产生态体系的重要进展，也反映出新兴加密司法管辖区对链上数据服务和机构级分析工具的需求持续上升。
据Nansen首席执行官Alex Svanevik透露，该计划并非总部迁移，公司仍将保留新加坡作为核心基地，此次是在GMC新增实体。选择不丹的关键在于其“以价值观为导向”的经济区模式，即从底层将加密资产、监管框架与金融基础设施一体化设计，而不是事后补充数字资产政策。
GMC位于不丹南部，是一个围绕可持续经济与未来金融构建的特别行政区，其特点包括将加密资产纳入战略储备、制定专属监管规则，以及推动托管、代币化和机构流动性基础设施建设。这种主权层面的制度整合，使其在全球加密友好地区中形成差异化竞争优势，也吸引链上分析平台和机构服务商提前布局。
从战略角度看，此次合作也契合Nansen向AI驱动链上投资平台转型的方向。2026年以来，该平台已在多条公链上线人工智能交易执行与AI代理功能，逐步从单一钱包标签与数据分析工具，升级为涵盖分析、执行和智能决策的一体化链上投资系统。目前，Nansen追踪的已标记钱包地址规模已超过5亿个，数据网络效应持续强化。
GMC董事会成员Jigdrel Singay表示，当地正优先建设数据、治理和人才等基础能力，以支撑长期创新发展。随着托管体系、机构资金入口及合规框架逐步完善，不丹正探索一种以主权数字资产储备与监管创新为核心的新型加密经济区模式。业内普遍认为，若该模式运行顺利，未来或成为主权数字资产监管与链上金融基础设施融合的重要样本。
