根据 B3 公布的信息，交易所计划在 2026 年前上线完整的代币化平台。该平台将支持现实世界资产在链上发行和交易，初期重点放在代币化股票上，同时保持与现有 B3 市场基础设施的连接。这意味着，代币化资产并非独立运行，而是与传统清算、结算和流动性体系相互打通。
B3 表示，新平台的核心目标之一是减少链上与链下市场之间的割裂，实现流动性共享和更高效的结算机制。同时，这一架构也被视为未来支持更长交易时段甚至接近全天候交易的重要基础设施。
在支付和结算层面，B3 计划发行一种与巴西雷亚尔 1:1 挂钩的稳定币，用于其代币化平台内的清算与结算。交易所指出，稳定币将显著简化交易流程，降低对传统现金结算机制的依赖，提高整体效率。该计划的提出，正值巴西央行缩小 Drex 数字雷亚尔项目范围之后，为私营部门主导的代币化金融解决方案提供了发展空间。
除了现货和代币化资产，B3 还在积极扩展加密衍生品版图。交易所正在开发与比特币、以太坊（ETH）和 Solana（SOL）挂钩的周度期权合约，目前相关产品正接受巴西证券交易委员会（CVM）的监管审查。一旦获批，这些工具将进一步丰富受监管环境下的加密资产投资选择。
