美伊談判露曙光，美債殖利率急跌逾 7 基點，油價再度跌破百元

美國與伊朗可能達成停火協議的消息再度推動市場情緒，美國公債殖利率周三大幅走低。10 年期美債殖利率下跌逾 7 個基點至 4.318%，2 年期殖利率同樣跌逾 7 基點至 3.863%，30 年期公債殖利率亦下滑逾 5 基點至 4.887%。

美國透過巴基斯坦傳遞 15 點和平方案

此波公債漲勢部分逆轉了前一日的殖利率攀升。周二，一場規模 690 億美元的公債拍賣需求創下 2025 年 3 月以來最弱，帶動殖利率走高。而後，川普表示華盛頓正與伊朗「進行談判」，《紐約時報》隨後報導，美方已透過巴基斯坦向德黑蘭傳遞一份 15 點和平方案，但伊朗否認正在就任何停火協議進行談判。

荷姆茲海峽傳出「非敵對」船隻可通行

周三公債進一步走強，另一個觸媒是能源市場的消息：報導指出伊朗同意允許「非敵對」船隻通過荷姆茲海峽這條關鍵航運水道，帶動能源價格急跌。國際基準布蘭特原油跌破每桶 100 美元，周三下跌約 5% 至 98 美元；美國 WTI 原油同樣跌約 5% 至每桶 87 美元左右。

市場情緒劇烈搖擺，通膨與升息疑慮持續

此次公債殖利率與油價的劇烈波動，凸顯市場對通膨走向與聯準會（Fed）降息前景的持續憂慮。中東局勢的任何風吹草動，都牽動著投資人對能源價格、輸入性通膨與貨幣政策路徑的預期。

目前美伊雙方說詞仍存在明顯落差，談判能否落地仍屬未知。市場情緒隨外交消息快速擺盪，預計近期波動性仍將持續偏高。
