Eon Systems 演示首个完整果蝇大脑仿真驱动虚拟身体完成自然行为

Gate News 消息,3 月 9 日,全脑仿真公司 Eon Systems 近日演示了首个由完整大脑仿真驱动物理模拟身体的闭环系统。基于真实果蝇连接组构建的全脑模型在 MuJoCo 物理引擎中驱动虚拟果蝇完成行走、梳理等多种自然行为,此前从未有人实现过由生物连接组衍生的完整大脑仿真驱动物理模拟身体产生多种自然行为。

系统核心是 Eon 高级科学家 Philip Shiu 于 2024 年 10 月发表于 Nature 的果蝇全脑计算模型。该团队利用 FlyWire 连接组的电子显微镜数据和机器学习预测的神经递质类型,构建了涵盖超 12.5 万个神经元、5000 万个突触连接的泄漏积分-发放模型,仅依赖连接图拓扑、突触权重和兴奋/抑制映射,无需逐神经元参数调优。该模型与 164 项已发表实验观察的预测一致率达 91%。将突触权重随机打乱后,100 次模拟中仅 1 次能复现正确行为,表明连接组结构对大脑功能的约束力极强。

此次演示将该大脑模型接入 NeuroMechFly v2 仿真框架,形成感觉输入→全脑神经活动→运动输出的完整闭环。Eon Systems 总部位于旧金山,顾问委员会包括哈佛遗传学家 George Church 和 Mathematica 创始人 Stephen Wolfram。下一步目标是小鼠全脑仿真(约 7000 万个神经元,为果蝇的 560 倍),终极目标是人类全脑仿真。
