Gold Finance reported that, according to CNN, on November 5th local time, Pennsylvania Secretary of State Al Schmidt said that due to a ‘software glitch,’ Cambria County was manually counting ballots that could not be scanned in the polling stations earlier in the day, a process that may ‘take some time.’ It is reported that manual counting is usually done by ‘two-party teams working together.’ Schmidt said the entire process will be open for observation by candidates and authorized representatives.
