According to the emisión plan, the company agreed that the overall coordinator would exercise the over-allotment option in full on September 25, 2024, and emisión 84.8932 million H shares at a price of HKD 54.80 per share. After the full exercise of the over-allotment option, the H shares of this emisión increased from 566 million shares to 651 million shares.
