Dünya’nın en büyük bankacılık ve yatırım kuruluşlarından Citigroup, Euro bölgesine dair beklentilerini aşağı yönlü revize etti.

Citigroup, Avrupa bölgesinde ekonominin üç çeyrek boyunca hafif resesyona girmesini beklerken yıl sonu GSYİH büyüme tahminini %0,4 seviyesine çekti. Wall Street devi, daha önce Euro bölgesinin 2023 yılında %0,8 büyüme göstereceğini öngörmüştü.

Uzmanlar, 2024 yılına dair %0,8 tahminlerini ise tersine çevirdi. Citigroup, bölge ekonomisinin önümüzdeki sene -%0,1 küçülmesini bekliyor.
