This afternoon, three consecutive large bullish candles shot straight up, with the coin price breaking through last week's highs to reach the 74400 level.
Subsequently, the bulls stalled, with bears taking control. After three hours of oscillation, the coin price hit a low near 72800, currently trading around 73500.
Technical analysis: From the hourly chart, the coin price began its downward probe this afternoon after the bulls stalled, ultimately breaking below 73000, confirming that bullish momentum is weakening.
The US session is approaching. If the coin price fails to hold steady at 74000, we can expect a significant pullback. Note the support level around 72000. Conversely, it may attempt to reach the highest point. From the current pattern, bears have the advantage. Follow the trend and short accordingly.
