I've been using AI for a long time, and the three things that have been most helpful to me are:


1. Replacing search engines
2. Vibe Coding
3. Medical and health assistance
Points 1 and 2 should be easy for everyone to understand, but I strongly recommend that everyone dig deeper into point 3.
Physical examination reports, medical records, daily discomfort, and even psychological issues – you can communicate more with AI and turn it into a high-end private doctor with remarkable effects!
I initially used ChatGPT and Gemini.
Now for medical and health matters, I use Baichuan more frequently.
Because I discovered that ChatGPT often tends to agreewith what I say, which is fine normally, but for health issues, isn't that just shooting myself in the foot?
Gemini often confidently tells lies, and once you believe them, the consequences are endless!
Only Baichuan AI (Bai Xiaoyying), which specializes in medical content, is different.
The references it cites are all professional medical literature.
When answering questions, it's also exceptionally rigorous.
For example, when I asked about whether a fish oil product was suitable for me,
all other AIs would just launch into analysis right away.
Baichuan, on the other hand, would first ask me various health indicators.
Only after gathering sufficient information would it carefully provide an answer.
And for non-medical questions, it directly refuses to answer!
