Ripple's Controversial Founder to Invest Billion Dollars in This Project with XRP Sale! - Coin Bulletin

Crypto billionaire Jed McCaleb has decided to invest 1 billion dollars in the space initiative Vast Space, which plans to build the world’s first commercial space station in orbit.

Mt. Gox, Ripple (XRP) and Stellar (XLM) founder McCaleb will direct a large portion of his funds, particularly from the sale of XRP, to Vast Space. Planning to invest approximately 3.2 billion dollars, McCaleb aims to bring a new dimension to commercial space travel with this project.

McCaleb, directing the vast wealth he acquired from XRP sales towards a space venture, is the sole financial supporter of this project.

McCaleb’s investment provides another significant contribution to the rapidly growing commercial sectors of the space industry. As commercial activities in space increase, the impact of the private sector in this field is becoming increasingly evident.

At the end of 2023, McCaleb, who reported personal assets worth 3.3 billion dollars, believes he has taken this big step. When investing in this project, McCaleb is considering the 1 billion dollars he is prepared to lose and accepts all risks.
