Anyways, when I got home today, I was greeted by the sound of Squatter Steve yelling, “RATS! RATS!” My heart immediately started racing, and I sprinted towards the guesthouse where Steve was. “Where? Where?” I shouted as I frantically dialed animal control.

Bursting into the room, I braced myself for the worst. But instead of a rodent infestation, I found Steve comfortably seated at my laptop, trading Rats tokens. I was on the verge of losing my mind and getting confrontational with Steve.

“Seriously, Steve?” I started, but then I caught a glimpse of his profits PNL on the screen. It was impressive, to say the least.

Taking a deep breath, I decided to exercise my stoicism. “Just... do your thing, Steve,” I muttered, letting him continue with his trading.

So here I am, stuck with Squatter Steve for a while longer, watching him navigate the world of Rats and hamster tokens with an optimism that borders on the absurd. It’s a maddening, yet oddly captivating experience. Despite everything, I can’t deny that he has an uncanny ability to make gains.

Life with Steve is anything but ordinary, and though I still hope to eventually see him out of my home, I’ve started to get used to his presence. Guess I’ll be stuck with Squatter Steve for a while longer.
