Singaporean cryptocurrency exchange Phemex is investigating reports of a hack, which resulted in the withdrawal of cryptocurrencies worth $29 million from one of its hot wallets.
Cyvers Company has detected "multiple suspicious transactions" from the hot wallet of Phemex on different blockchains. The funds were exchanged for ether (ETH). Phemex CEO Federico Varola assured that cold wallets remain secure.
