However, this is not true AT ALL for scalpers / intraday traders, or even short-term traders.

10% per month is achievable as long as your risk management allows you the ability to facilitate enough losses for the law of large numbers to play out

AND

Your trading strategy offers you trades frequently enough for you to conquer that target without over-risking.
