Why did you make less than you were supposed to make?
Why did you close partial loss/profit?
Why did you FOMO ?
Why didn’t you set sl?

Acknowledge your flaws/mistakes and take responsibility for them. That’s the first step to solving your problem to make sure you don’t keep repeating the same mistakes.
