Dear user, I suggest you contact our online customer service (click the 🎧 logo in the upper right corner of the app, and enter manual customer service in the dialog box) to provide screenshots of relevant problems and help you verify and deal with them. Or submit a work order: app: click the small avatar in the upper left corner - user center - customer service logo in the upper right corner - my work order to submit. Web page: Click "➕" in the lower right corner of the page - suggestion feedback, or the avatar in the upper right corner - my work order - submit.
