I think many people get stuck when choosing EAA supplements, but I’ll share my impressions after actually trying them.
First, if you choose based on ingredients, MyProtein’s Impact EAA is a candidate. It has a high essential amino acid content, with almost zero unnecessary carbohydrates or fats. The 28 kcal per serving is helpful while building your body. However, since it has a bitter aftertaste, it may not be suitable for people who prioritize taste.
If you prioritize cost performance, it’s also worth looking at Differents’ F&W EAA. It’s a large-size type, so the price per serving is low, and the essential amino acid content is also relatively high. Many people also say it has a strong bitterness, so it’s for people who prioritize efficiency over flavor.
If you choose based on taste, ThreePeace’s VITAS EAA Kiwi can be drunk like juice. The refreshing kiwi flavor comes through up front, and the unpleasant flavor typical of EAA isn’t noticeable. However, since its essential amino acid content is low, it’s not suitable for people who want ingredient efficiency.
REYS’ lemon lime flavor is also in the “easy to drink” category. The balance of sweetness and acidity is good, making it easy to stick with every day. It also contains β-alanine, which seems like a good option for people aiming at training effects.
If you want something delicious that also has well-rounded ingredients, SOLIA’s all-in-one EAA includes β-alanine and creatine. It’s peach-flavored and sweeter, so you can drink it like juice. But since it contains a lot of carbohydrates, people who are cutting should be careful.
Real Style’s Be Legend EAA has already obtained anti-doping certification, making it for people who train seriously. It contains all 9種類の必須アミノ酸, and it has low fat as well.
Ultimate Life’s GronG EAA is easy to drink with few quirks, but since it doesn’t include histidine, it can’t really be called a complete EAA. Naturecan’s Green Apple is similar—natural-oriented, but it has a fairly high amount of carbohydrates.
Muscletech’s Fruit Punch is popular on iHerb, but it’s disappointing that the essential amino acid content is low. Since it has little bitterness, it’s for people who like sweet EAA.
C’s C’s HULX-FACTOR EAA contains β-alanine, and the content isn’t bad, but it doesn’t include tryptophan.
If you’re going to make an EAA recommended ranking, in the end it depends on what you prioritize. If you prioritize ingredient efficiency, choose the top products; if you prioritize taste, choose the mid-range ones. Since it’s important to keep drinking it every day, I think the key is to choose with your priorities clearly defined. That’s to say, the EAA recommended ranking varies from person to person.
