Circle's own chain Arc has launched community points, which can be earned with zero cost.

Arc is a new chain developed by Circle, specifically focused on stablecoins, with a financial-oriented approach (payments, foreign exchange, lending, etc.).
Circle needs no introduction; USDC is theirs. Essentially, this chain aims to push the US dollar on-chain ecosystem a step further.
How to participate
1️⃣ Register an account
Just sign up and log in with your Google email.
2️⃣ Log in daily: +5 points (remember to click once every day)
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner → Edit Profile, complete your information: +100 points
3️⃣ Earn content points
Click Content:
Browse articles casually, 5 points per article, up to 5 articles per day
Find videos with content, watch one video: +5 points (once per day)
4️⃣ Easily participate in activities
Click Events, and sign up for any available events
+5 points each, no need to worry about quality
5️⃣ Where to see your points
You can view your current points in “My Contributions”
6️⃣ Be sure to join Discord
Verify your account there; get your identity verified early (this will be useful later)
