Physical peripheral rewards will be notified to the winners via email and in-app message within 14 business days after the event ends. Please, within 30 days of receiving the notification, go to the Gate Peripheral Store to submit your mailing information. Please note that if the mailing fails due to reasons such as not filling in the information by the deadline, incorrect information, or the package not being signed for, it will be deemed an automatic forfeiture of the reward. After you submit your mailing information, it cannot be modified. Please make sure the information is accurate and complete before submitting.
