🇷🇺 Russia is preparing a law that, starting July 1, 2026, may legalize investments in cryptocurrencies — but only through licensed Russian platforms, brokers, and asset managers.

All transactions will be required to be conducted through such intermediaries in compliance with AML regulations, and banks will be prohibited from transferring to illegal and foreign crypto services without their involvement.

At the same time, investors will retain access to international transactions, but with reporting to the Federal Tax Service (FNS) and restrictions for unqualified participants.
