A popular fast-casual restaurant, Chipotle Mexican Grill, is proposed to open a new location in Bluffton’s May River Crossing. The Development Review Committee will assess the application on April 1st to ensure it meets town standards for the Highway Corridor Overlay District. This would be the third Chipotle in Beaufort County if approved.
