Mars Finance news, per the Aiqicha App, recently Suzhou Industrial Park Artificial Intelligence Development Co., Ltd. underwent an industrial and commercial registration change. Its registered capital increased from RMB 400 million to RMB 550 million, a rise of 37.5%. The company was established in November 2017. Its legal representative is Zhang Feng. Its business scope includes the development, construction, and management of an artificial intelligence industrial park, entrepreneurship incubation management, and investment in artificial intelligence projects, among others. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Suzhou Industrial Park Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.
