A brother of mine told me that his biggest fear isn't losing money, but "being unable to explain it clearly."


At first, I didn't understand.
Later, he said that some money isn't lost; it's just hard to explain.
For example, you made a profit, and someone asks how you did it;
You transferred some funds, and someone asks why;
You want to use that money, and others ask if it's clean.
You'll realize a very real situation:
Many times, the problem isn't the money itself but proving it.
You have to spend a lot of time explaining something that is already true.
This is actually a pretty absurd logic.
Because "truth" shouldn't rely on words.
It should rely on a way that anyone can verify.
When verification costs are high, everyone starts doubting each other.
When verification becomes easier, many problems simply disappear.
