Japan will begin releasing national petroleum reserves on the 26th.

People’s Financial News, March 24 — According to reports, on March 24 local time, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida stated at a cabinet meeting on the Middle East situation that the country will begin releasing its national oil reserves starting March 26. Additionally, Kishida also mentioned that the “Oil Producing Countries’ Joint Reserves” stored within Japan by Middle Eastern oil-producing nations are also expected to be released within March.
