Market Analysis 2026.03.03

Yesterday, we mentioned that ETH has entered the final stage of its rebound. This rebound could end as early as this week. Currently, the view remains unchanged. Once the rebound endpoint is identified, ETH could start a new round of decline at any time.

As shown in the chart, ETH's recent rebounds are always accompanied by deep pullbacks, which often signal the end of the rebound. There are two possible future market trends:

Blue: ETH's upward momentum is strong, breaking through 2148 in one go, but encountering resistance around the blue pressure zone at 2230. If this level cannot be effectively broken, it is likely to become the rebound's endpoint.

Red: ETH creates another intraday low tonight but cannot break below the red support zone shown. If the subsequent upward momentum weakens, ETH may not reach a high above 2149 again and could directly end the rebound.

For traders holding spot positions or long orders with a good position, it’s time to consider reducing their holdings. Selling more as the price rises this week is probably a more reasonable strategy than chasing highs. Since ETH is already in the final stage of its rebound, while managing long positions, we should also prepare to lay out short positions. Stay steady and prepared—big moves are coming. #eth $ETH
