What is a person's most fundamental ability?

Kernel stability. In other words, allowing everything to happen, focusing on oneself, and respecting everyone's way of life.
Learning ability, communication skills, and professional technical skills all depend on concentration, and concentration depends on whether the kernel is stable. People with a stable kernel have a strong sense of purpose or are sufficiently calm, knowing what they want and what they don't, and working efficiently and perfectly. People with an unstable kernel tend to be impulsive and anxious, easily knocked down by setbacks, and impose unnecessary pressure on themselves.
Most of what can disturb us is ourselves, caring too much and getting caught up in our own thoughts. If we stay peaceful and mentally stable, we won't be disturbed or restless. Life is complex and ever-changing, full of uncertainties; change is the only constant. The heart can break, but the hands cannot stop. Continuing forward amid collapse and unease, with an attitude that allows everything to happen, is the most important and fundamental ability of an adult.
