A Practical Hack for US Subscription Payments: Many people try to subscribe to US apps using Hong Kong cards or Visa cards, but they get rejected. The reason is simple: the App Store's IAP channel only recognizes US-issued cards. But there's a workaround: Safari + Apple Pay. The core logic is as follows: App inside Apple Pay = through App Store/IAP = verified by Apple for issuing country = non-US cards are rejected. Safari web Apple Pay = through the merchant's own payment gateway (Stripe/Adyen, etc.) = mostly no verification of issuing country = approval. The verification chain becomes: does the merchant support Apple Pay → does the payment gateway approve → does the bank pass. The process is very simple: add a bank card to the iPhone Wallet, visit the service provider's official website via Safari (such as subscribing with Apple Pay). Mainland China cards generally don't work, Hong Kong cards work partially, and Swiss cards (like SafePal) have a high success rate. The same applies to Google Pay.
