Seeing everyone talking about the Big Sister, I also truly felt inspired and wanted to share my personal experience. As I watched, I felt compelled to speak about my journey.

Over the years in the crypto space, the person I want to thank the most is definitely Big Sister @heyibinance.

Last year, I was in a low point: wanting to become a content creator but completely clueless about how to do it. My market analysis posts hardly attracted any viewers, and my follower growth stalled.

I often stared blankly at the computer screen, typing a few lines only to delete them, feeling full of frustration. I even thought more than once, "Maybe I should just give up."

That night, I kept tossing and turning, unable to sleep. I felt relieved and no longer anxious. I made a firm decision: I must make something of myself — not only to repay Big Sister’s encouragement but also to prove that I am capable.

After that, I started actively seeking advice from skilled writers, even though I often hit walls and was told "your writing is too shallow" or "not valuable," I never thought of giving up again.

I always remember the recognition Big Sister gave me and firmly believe that "maybe I haven't done enough, but doing nothing guarantees nothing."

To better understand the power behind that encouragement, I searched all over online about Big Sister and later discovered that we are actually from the same province in Sichuan.

I haven't suffered as much as she has, but I’ve heard my parents talk about how difficult life was in the mountains of Sichuan. This makes me empathize even more with her journey from a remote mountain village to becoming a top global CEO. How much hardship she endured and how many grievances she swallowed along the way.

The phrase “The light boat has already passed ten thousand mountains” sounds easy to say, but in reality, it’s made of blood and sweat.

In other industries, CEOs worth hundreds of billions often live in press releases, thousands of miles away from us.

But at Binance, it’s different. As I got to know her better, I admired her work style even more. Watching her interact with everyone, she’s very approachable and down-to-earth, joking around and creating a lively atmosphere, completely without the airs of a billionaire CEO.

Yet when it comes to work, she’s incredibly dedicated — staying late into the night in the wallet feedback group, personally urging the team to handle issues because she knows that only by engaging more with users can she truly understand what they need.

When facing PR incidents, she never hides but always responds promptly.

She also initiated a personal wish pool, doing her best to help those in genuine need. Even if one person’s power is small, helping one person means fewer disappointments in this world and more hope.

She made me realize that strength is never about being aloof; it’s about maintaining kindness and responsibility even after gaining power.

No one is perfect. No matter how amazing Big Sister is, she can’t please everyone. As the New Year approaches, I sincerely hope she takes some time off, spends more time with her children and family, goes out for a walk. High-intensity work is exhausting; rest well so you can go further.

Some might say I’m a “bootlicker,” but I can’t control what others say. I’m just sharing my true experiences and feelings.

If it weren’t for that beam of light from Big Sister back then, I might have already quit Web3. I’ve been lost at a crossroads in life, but she helped me regain confidence, clarify my goals, and find my value in this community.

Ultimately, everyone has to walk their own path. Don’t pay too much attention to others’ gossip. That’s why I am so determined to follow Binance and keep building #BNB.

Although I don’t know what innovative products Binance will launch in the future or how many lives it will touch, I am sure I will stay with it. This exchange has given me so much luck and growth.

Just like its name “Binance,” it allows me to explore and grow in the crypto world peacefully.

And all of this started from that initial kindness and encouragement from Big Sister. I will always remember this gratitude!
