Publicly listed blockchain infrastructure provider TenX makes a large purchase of XTZ, deeply integrating with the Tezos ecosystem

Abstract generation in progress

【ChainNews】Recently, I heard that a publicly listed blockchain infrastructure company, TenX Protocols, has been making significant moves. This entity spent approximately $3.25 million from early January to mid-January to acquire about 5.5 million XTZ tokens at an average price of $0.5868. This money was only used after their financing round was completed in August last year.

Their plan is very clear: they set up validation nodes to stake these XTZ tokens, and under current conditions, the annualized return (before deducting costs) can reach 8% to 10%. The yield data will be publicly disclosed regularly in financial reports.

What’s more interesting is that the Tezos Foundation also decided to delegate some of its XTZ to TenX’s validation nodes. However, both sides emphasize one point: this delegation relationship is purely a staking cooperation and does not involve the transfer of governance rights. TenX will maintain independent decision-making on Tezos upgrade votes. It’s evident that this is a typical ecosystem binding and profit-sharing cooperation model.

3.25 million dollars to buy XTZ? This pace is a bit aggressive. It seems TenX is really optimistic about the Tezos ecosystem... An annualized return of 8-10% sounds very realistic. The key point is that the financial reports are transparent and publicly available, which I really appreciate.

Haha, with this move, TenX is quite clever. Just 3.25 million can leverage the ecosystem's influence, this deal is quite profitable.

honestly, the delegation mechanics here are kinda fascinating from a governance design perspective... like they're literally proving you can separate yield extraction from voting power, which tbh most projects just gloss over. the 8-10% yield on staked xtz feels almost quaint but nah, i get it—sustainable infrastructure beats moonshot promises any day

3.25 million dollars to sweep XTZ? This pace feels off, and the Tezos Foundation is also following up with delegated... Seems like they're trying to prolong the ecosystem's life.
