Abstract generation in progress

Deep Tide TechFlow News, January 18th, regarding Vitalik Buterin’s statement that “Ethereum itself must pass the test of shedding,” Solana Labs co-founder Toly posted a response on X platform expressing that he actually has a completely different view. He believes Solana must continuously iterate and update and should not rely on any single team or individual. However, if development and adjustments are stopped based on the needs of developers and users, Solana will perish. Solana must have significant practical use for humanity and be used by many developers, who can earn substantial income from transaction value on Solana. Only then can it earn more LLM token credits for upstream improvements to Solana, a universal open-source protocol. Therefore, to survive, it must always remain practical. The primary goal of protocol changes should be to solve problems for developers or users, but this does not mean solving all problems. In fact, saying “no” to most issues is necessary.
