Regulatory bills are in progress. What do US crypto developers need?

Abstract generation in progress

【Blockchain Rhythm】A16z crypto managing partner recently mentioned that developers are in urgent need of clear game rules. Looking back over the past five years of development, whether it’s the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, or even the Trump administration, all have been closely interacting with the crypto community with a common goal — to protect decentralized innovation and provide developers and entrepreneurs with a fair competitive environment.

The “Clarity Act” (Crypto Market Structure Act) is a product of this cooperation, essentially aimed at clarifying the overall ecosystem. To be honest, this bill is not perfect and will require some fine-tuning before it becomes law. But the key point is, if the U.S. wants to continue leading global crypto innovation, it must push this forward now. The longer it’s delayed, the narrower the window of opportunity becomes.

Really, if the Clarity Act isn't pushed forward, the US will truly fall behind. Europe is moving so quickly over there.

Honestly, the Clarity Act really needs to be pushed forward quickly. --- a16z has spoken out, developers indeed lack clear rules. If we wait any longer, the US will really fall behind. --- The bill isn't perfect, but it's better than having nothing. Anyway, it's better to amend it now than to be passively forced to change later. --- For the past five years, both parties have been cooperating. This might really be the opportunity, so we must seize it. --- Instead of complaining that the bill isn't perfect, it's better to first establish the framework and then improve it. --- The question is, when can it be truly legislated? It's not just about talking; words alone won't win. --- Having something is better than nothing. Don't get too caught up in the details; as long as the overall direction is correct.

In plain terms, if the US doesn't take action now, they'll be left behind. This matter is really quite urgent.

Clarity Act? It'll probably take forever to pass again. That's just how American politicians are.
