On January 13th, a netizen from Henan exposed a school test paper aimed at 8-year-old children. In just one page, three questions related to 【organ transplantation】 appeared. A Sichuan netizen in the comment section revealed: The school reading materials approved by the Sichuan Province Primary and Secondary School Teaching Aid Review Committee, under the education of the Chinese Communist Party’s gratitude education, directly equate organ donation with “love,” “dedication,” and “core socialist values,” and explicitly target minors. Under CCP propaganda, all of this is crudely condensed into one sentence: “Donation equals loving the Party, opposition equals indifference.”

Who has the qualification to talk to 8-year-olds about “dedicating their bodies”? Who allows ideology to be grafted onto children’s still-forming views on life and death, and their bodies? The PRC, a society where even adults cannot freely discuss the transparency of the organ transplant system, demands that children “understand dedication”; this system, which refuses to be held accountable publicly and rejects independent oversight, keeps emphasizing “selfless donation.” Before children can think independently, they are first given the answers.

The CCP has never regarded children as independent individuals; they see children as manipulable political assets. In the early days, to establish the Chinese Soviet Republic, the CCP treated children as monetizable resources. One highly symbolic figure is Wu Xinzhi, an early CCP cadre. According to CCP party history, he personally acted as a human trafficker, selling his nine-year-old daughter. The CCP has never acknowledged that children are complete persons. Today, it’s just doing the same thing in a different way.

Here, we call on international human rights organizations to pay attention to the plight of children in mainland China (especially in the provinces of Shan, He, and Jiang), in terms of education, physical safety, information, and personal security, and to help protect them from political, systemic, or any other forms of power infringement and exploitation.
