Does anyone else feel the same as me? Every time I see a burn announcement, I get excited, but when the market opens, the price remains completely unchanged. I've been hearing for over half a year, "It's burned again, this time it will definitely rise," but in the end, it's just a repetitive cycle here, more chaotic than square dancing. Today, I want to be straightforward and explain why the burn announcements from some top decentralized trading platforms in the BSC ecosystem are increasingly disappointing.

First, let's clarify the logic behind these burns. These platform tokens claim to follow the "deflationary is king" principle, frequently releasing burn announcements. Newbie retail investors see this and jump in to buy the dip, only to get trapped. But there's a key detail many overlook—the burn is of "tokens in circulation" or "tokens in reserve," which determines whether the burn can truly support the price.

Let me give a simple analogy. If you run a small shop and want to raise prices, you need to reduce the stock on the shelves so customers will rush to buy; but if you keep destroying the stock in your warehouse that isn't even on sale and tell people "scarcity increases value, come buy," that's just playing tricks.

That's exactly what some platforms are doing. Official data shows that the total supply of this token is 680 million, but only 270 million are actually circulating and influencing the price. What about the remaining 410 million? They are just sitting in the warehouse. The repeated burns are precisely of these 410 million tokens that haven't been circulated. In other words, the burn itself has almost no impact on the actual supply, so the price naturally can't rise.

lol the warehouse coin destruction angle... yeah, that's the tell-tale sign. circulating vs total supply mismatch is basically protocol theater at this point. seen this pattern enough times to know when the numbers don't add up, price action won't either.

It's the same trick again, fooling people over and over.
