When evaluating a project's potential, you've got to dig into multiple angles. First, check who's actually paying attention—are the followers high-profile names or just noise? Second, understand the founder's track record and whether the core idea brings something genuinely different to the table. Third, look at whether key influencers in the space are backing it with actual engagement and positive signals. Finally, upward momentum often comes down to one thing: capturing market attention. It's not just about the technology or tokenomics; it's about whether people actually care enough to talk about it and move capital into it.

That's correct, but I think most people only pay attention to the hype, and very few actually look into the founders' backgrounds.

Well said, it's all about real popularity; the quality of fans is much more important than the quantity.

To be honest, follower count and popularity are all superficial; the only things that really matter are those few points—what the founders have done, whether the ideas are truly valuable, and whether the big influencers are genuinely investing real money. In the end, it still comes down to storytelling ability; no matter how advanced the technology is, if no one is willing to support it financially, it's all pointless.

Basically, it's all about hype and consensus. No matter how advanced the technology is, it's useless if no one talks about it.
